We provide a full spectrum of automated repeat prescriptions and electronic prescription (e-prescription) processing, receiving orders directly from your healthcare provider to eliminate wait times and ensure your daily medications are synced, accurate, and ready exactly when you need them.

How to order
Patients can order repeat prescriptions through their GP surgery using their NHS account, online services, or by contacting the surgery.
Repeat dispensing
If a GP has set up repeat dispensing, a patient may be able to ask their pharmacy directly for their medication.
Electronic Prescription
With the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS), your GP can send your prescription directly to your chosen pharmacy, so there is no need for a paper prescription or to collect it from your GP. Your prescription can be prepared in advance, helping to reduce waiting times when you visit the pharmacy.
Electronic repeat prescriptions
eRD allows a prescriber to authorize a batch of repeatable prescriptions for up to 12 months. The prescriptions are automatically downloaded to the patient's pharmacy at set intervals.
Emergency dispensing
If you need urgent medication when your GP is closed, our pharmacist can evaluate your request for an emergency supply based on your medical history and clinical guidance. If an emergency supply isn't appropriate, you may be referred to a Walk-In Centre or hospital.
Outside pharmacy hours, contact your local hospital, police station, or call NHS 111 (or visit 111.nhs.uk) for immediate assistance.
Emergency repeat medications
In clinically exceptional circumstances, NHS 111 may supply emergency repeat medications outside of hours.
Checking prescriptions
When collecting or having prescriptions delivered, patients should check the bag before leaving the pharmacy. If there are any medications that the patient doesn't need, they can return them to the pharmacy.
How to order a repeat prescription
If you take medicine regularly, you'll usually have a repeat prescription. This means you can order your medicine when you need it, without having to see a GP every time.
You might be able to ask your pharmacy directly for your medicine if your GP has set this up (repeat dispensing). If not, you'll need to order your medicines through a repeat prescription from your GP surgery.
There are 3 ways to order a repeat prescription from your GP surgery:
- Using your NHS account.
- Using other online services or apps.
- Contacting your GP surgery.
